GOUZOULE, Arline Caddy 93, passed away on Tuesday, September 14 from natural causes. She is survived by her son Philip of Marblehead, daughter Deborah Lochridge of Chilmark, grandchildren Heather Lochridge Sykes and Nicholas Lochridge, nieces, nephews and friends. She was the wife of the late Thomas Gouzoule and sister of the late William Caddy. She enjoyed her family, friends, needlepoint, crossword puzzles, line dancing, and making her wonderful lemon meringue pie. She was employed by Itex of Lexington for many years. A Memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 18 at 2pm at The Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. LEXINGTON MA.
