SMITH, Arthur Clark Of Lexington, died April 23, from complications of lymphoma. Loving husband of Wilma L. Ronco and father of Abigail, Amy and Tracy with his late wife Anne and step-father to Will and Dan Ronco. Beloved grandfather of Ned and David Spencer of New Zealand and Sebi Camenisch of Switzerland and father-in-law of Hamish Spencer, Roman Camenisch and Stephanie Ronco. Art was a member of the MIT faculty as well as Dean of Undergraduate Education and Student Affairs, spanning the years from 1959 until he fully retired in 2009. He was an active member of the Follen Community Church in Lexington and involved in town government in Lexington over many years. A memorial service in celebration of his life will be held at Follen Church on Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington at 10AM on Wednesday, April 28.
