Obituary

Graham, Barbara A. (Konopka) of Lexington, April 19, 2021, from complications following a COVID-19 infection. Beloved wife of 52 years of the late Dr. William G. Graham. She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Nancy G. Lance and her husband David of Falmouth; two sons, William "Kip" G. Graham, Jr. and his wife Julie of Paxton, and Douglas Graham and his wife Michelle of Exeter, NH; five grandchildren; her sister Nancy Ayers of San Jose, CA; and many nieces and nephews.
Barbara received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and her Master's in Education from Northeastern University. She worked for many years as a teacher's aid in the Lexington School System. In her spare time, she was an avid quilter.

Barbara was a deeply spiritual woman and her faith was at the center of her life. In Lexington, she served as a eucharistic minister and lector at both Sacred Heart and St. Brigid parishes and was active with her many friends at Grace Chapel. Barbara was a volunteer with The New England Home for Little Wanderers charity and brought spiritual care to many patients through her volunteer work at Massachusetts General Hospital.
A private family Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Brigid Church with interment at Westview Cemetery, Lexington. Due to COVID, a celebration of her life will be planned in the future.
