MacLean, Barbara A. in Burlington, July 13, 2023. Barbara was born Sept 10, 1941 in Boston and raised in Somerville and Lexington. She later lived in Arlington and Burlington. Barbara enjoyed summers with extended family in Prince Edward Island, Canada. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Anna (Lewis) MacLean, her stepmother Mary (McDonough) MacLean, and her sister Diana MacLean. She is survived by many dear cousins and friends.

Barbara completed her nursing degree at St. Elizabeth Nursing School in Brighton and worked for many years as a devoted RN in a variety of medical settings. She enjoyed walking, reading, visiting with friends, and traveling. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a quick and curious mind, a taste for adventure, and a deep sense of caring. Barbara was a parishioner at St Brigid in Lexington.  A Funeral Memorial Mass will be held for Barbara at St. Brigid Church, 1981 Mass Ave. Lexington on July 29th at 10AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend. Interment will be private at a later date.
