Blanche Spilewski's Obituary
Spilewski, Blanche B. (Sempolinski) of Lexington, December 8, 2017. Beloved wife of the late John P. Spilewski. Loving mother of Barbara Ann Spilewski, and John W. Spilewski, both of Lexington. Sister of the late Leo, Raymond, and Stanley Sempolinski. Blanche is also the Aunt "Ciocia" to many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Friday December 15 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation Friday, prior to the funeral, from 10am to 11am. Donations in her memory may be made to Catholic TV at

. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
