Shaw, Bonnie June (Deering), age 92 of Lexington, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Bonnie was born in Kentucky and raised in Clarksville Tennessee. She is predeceased by her husband, Frederick W. Shaw, parents James H. Deering and Ella (Eison) Deering, as well as her siblings Mary Evelyn (Deering) Holland, James H Deering Jr., and Paul W. Deering Sr. Bonnie is survived by her five children Richard W. Shaw and wife Valerie of Lexington, Gary A. Shaw of Boxborough, Susan J. Shaw of Concord, John F. Shaw and wife Jackie of Chelmsford, and Mark W. Shaw and wife Judy of Chelmsford. Bonnie is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Bonnie spent many summers on the Cape at her second home in Dennis Port and loved to go to Aruba in winter, she was an entrepreneur and part owner in "Through the Looking Glass" a small clothing boutique in Lexington center. Bonnie was also a member and Past Queen (2002) of Oppela Temple #40 Daughters of the Nile. Visiting hours will be Monday, April 22nd at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 4pm to 7pm. A service will be held Tuesday, April 23rd at 10am at the Douglass Funeral Home followed by burial in the Westview Cemetery.
