Professor of Music Emeritus and Chairman of the Music Department at Simmons College (1949- 1976), well-known organist/ choral conductor, and successful artist/watercolorist. Long-time patron and generous sponsor of Boston Symphony Orchestra, The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, New England Conservatory, New Hampshire Music Festival, and the University of Vermont. There will be no funeral or memorial service. The deceased has donated his body to The College of Medicine at the University of Vermont to be used for the education and advancement of medical science
