Hooper, Catherine F. "Kay" (MacGillivray), of Lexington, passed away on October 8, 2023, age 96. Beloved wife of the late William G. Hooper Sr.  (deceased 2018).  Devoted mother of William G. (Adele) Hooper Jr., Bridgewater; Janice M. (William) Holland, Shrewsbury; Donna M. Hooper and Karen M. (Robert) Boudreau, Lexington.  Adoring grandmother of Kaitlin, Matthew, Cheryl, Anne, Richard, Timothy and Mary (Molly); great-grandmother of 15. Loving daughter of the late Charles D. and Mary K. (Grant) MacGillivray.   Loving sister of the late Margaret T. Vesey, Donald "Lawrence" MacGillivray, Mary "Rose" Kelly, Lillian T. MacArthur and Janet A. Gaudet.  Kay is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  She was a graduate of Lexington High School class of 1945.  A mass of Christian burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 20 Follen Road, Lexington, MA, at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 14, 2023. Visitation at Sacred Heart Church preceding the mass from 9:00 am -10:15 am.  Burial at Westview Cemetery, Lexington, immediately following the service.
