Father of Debbie Spencer of Lexington, Julie Iannone of FL, Charlie Sweeney III and his wife Nicole of Pepperell, Sandy James of Westminster, and Dan Sweeney and his wife Jen of Groton. Brother of the late Mary Bennett and Corinne Davis. Charles is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Meghan, Pete, Charlie, Rachel, Matthew, Courtney, Tim, Samantha, Mackenzie, and Kyle, by 3 great grandchildren, Jason, Jillian and Geno, and by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., Lexington, Tuesday Feb. 21 at 9am, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am.
