CASTINO, Cheryl A. (Young) of Newmarket, NH, formerly of Ipswich, MA,  passed away peacefully at her home on March 4, 2023, after her brave battle with ALS.   Beloved wife of the late John Castino and predeceased by her first husband James Henry Rooney III. Loving mother of Lisa Mooney and her husband Dale of Newmarket, NH, Stepmother of Tammy Hower, Scott Bartlett , John Castino and his wife Karen.    Loving Grandmother to Brandon, Aaron, Michael,  Shayna, Julianna, Nicholas and Cara and Great Grandmother to Everett. Cheryl is also survived by her sisters Marcia Zanelli and husband Anthony of Billerica, Nancy Blair and husband Steven of Woburn and Jeanne Douglass of Lexington. Also survived by many loving  cousins, nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held from the Douglass Funeral Home Lexington, MA on Sat March 18  at 9 AM followed by a Mass Of Christian Burial at St. Brigid Church Lexington at 10AM. Visiting hours will be at the funeral home on Friday March 17 from 4-7PM. In Lieu of flowers donations in Cheryl's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place.
