Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on December 25, 1935, she was the beloved daughter of the late Andrew and Catherine (O'Leary) Gilleece. Christine was employed as an Executive Assistant for IL in Lexington, for many years. In her spare time, she loved to read and spend time with her family and friends. She was an accomplished dancer and enjoyed square dancing, round dancing, ballroom dancing and Irish step dancing.  Above all, she was a devout catholic and a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.

Christine was smart, kind, and loved by all, she will be missed by so many. She made this world a better place.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Brigid Church, 2001 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington on Tuesday, October 2, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held in the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Road, Lexington on Monday, October 1, from 3 to 7 PM. Burial will be held in the Westview Cemetery in Lexington.
