Claire J. Handalian (née Nakashian) of Lexington MA passed away on June 12 due to complications from dementia.  She was 78 years old. Claire was predeceased by her son Michael Handalian, her parents Dr. and Mrs. Michael and Evelyn Nash, and her brother Roy Nash.

Claire leaves behind her beloved sons Daniel Handalian II (wife Lisa) of San Bruno CA and Brian Handalian of Brighton MA, grandson Maxwell Handalian of Shrewsbury MA, sister Laura Nakashian of Windham NH, brother Michael Nash (wife Lisa; daughters Sarah and Mary) of San Mateo CA, and sister Pamela Nash (fiancé Morten Christensen) of Sarasota FL.

Claire was a paralegal in intellectual property, a homemaker, and a mother. She was an avid lover of reading, music, and animals. She excelled at needlepoint, knitting, sewing, and baking.
