Meaney, Claire A. (Hastings) of Lexington, Aug. 4, 2018. Beloved wife of John L. Meaney, Jr. Loving mother of John L. Meaney III of Lexington, Stephen C. Meaney of Billerica, Thomas E. Meaney and his wife Carol of Milford, and Maribeth Darrow and her husband Scott of Merrimack, NH. Claire is also survived by 8 grandchildren, John, Connor, Stephen, Michael, Matthew, Patrick, Jacqueline, and Gillian, and by many nieces and nephews. Longtime Manager of the Diamond High School Cafeteria in Lexington. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Friday Aug. 10 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday from 4pm to 8pm. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
