Rix, Claire A. of Dennis, formerly of Lexington, November 12, 2023. Loving mother of Rich Varano and his wife Denise of Marlborough, David Varano and his wife Lisa of Merrimack, NH, and Keith Varano of Chelmsford. Devoted sister of the late Marjery Rose and James Rix. She is also survived by 1 grandchild, Abigail.

Claire was a devout Catholic who took joy in the beaches of Cape Cod.  She enjoyed cooking and baking and dedicating her time to helping and providing companionship to the elderly and those in need.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday November 17 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 11:30am. Visitation immediately prior to the service from 10am to 11:30am. Relatives and Friends are kindly invited.
