Devoted sister to James Marinelli (and the late Joe, Mark and Peter Marinelli and Lena Bombara). Adored wife for 64 years of Stephen Tavilla (deceased 2012). Beloved mother of Paul (Ann), Stephanie (and late Joe) Calareso, Linda (Kirk) Ware and Cynthia.
Incredible mother-in-law (say all the spouses of her children!) Cherished sister-in-law to 14, and treasured aunt to 47 nieces and nephews.

She lived out her deep and abiding Christian faith in acts of service and hospitality and was an active member of Grace Chapel in Lexington for many years.
She was well loved and cared for by the wonderful staff of the Assisted Living residence of the Commons in Lincoln as well as Care Dimensions Hospice and J&D Private Home Services.
Incredibly organized and energetic, she was an extraordinary homemaker, hostess, accomplished seamstress, cook, gardener and lover of all desserts. With an artistic flair, she made her all of spaces beautiful and was adept at making those she loved feel special and cared for. She was a woman of unmistakable grace.
You were so well loved, and you made it easy to love you!
A Funeral Service will be held Friday May 16 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., Lexington at 11am. Visitation immediately prior to the service from 9:30am to 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
