Parisse, Clara (Leone) of Lexington, December 20, 2023. Beloved wife of Berardo "Sonny" Parisse. Loving mother of Patricia McCafferty and her husband Peter of Burlington, Berardo "Bernie" Parisse and his wife Paula of Bedford, and James Parisse and his wife Johanna of Billerica. Devoted sister of the late Josephine Hachey, Mary Bedford, Susan Redfern, Anthony Leone, and John Leone. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Andrew, Megan, Michael, Suzan, Mark, Natalie, and James, and the late Christopher, as well as by many nieces and nephews.

Clara grew up in Newton and Waltham, MA. She graduated from Waltham High School in 1954. She worked as an office clerk at an insurance company before marrying her husband, Sonny, of 67 years. Clara raised her three children in Lexington, MA. They were her pride and joy. Clara and Sonny loved spending weekends at the Cape. They also loved traveling to Disney World and spending winters in Sarasota, FL. Clara's hobbies were gardening, knitting, cross-stitch, crotchet, playing bingo and going to Foxwoods. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Saturday December 30 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Visiting hours Friday from 4pm to 7pm.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Donations in her memory may be made to Children's Hospital. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
