Father of Lars Frank and his wife Motoko of New York, NY, Kirsten Johnson and her husband Nick of Madison, NJ, and Heide Britta Frank and her husband Ross Fraser of Arlington. Brother of Nancy Sturtevant of Erie, PA, and the late Robert Frank. David is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Else, Eljard, Campbell, Cole, Caroline, Elspeth, and Thomas, and by many nieces and nephews. U.S. WWII Army Veteran, Battle of the Bulge; Mechanical Engineer. A Memorial Service will be celebrated Tuesday Jan. 20 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 929 Concord Turnpike in Arlington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
