It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of David Alan Turnquist, on December 30, 2023 following a brief illness.

David was born March 6, 1947 to parents Alfred and Norma Turnquist. He's preceded in death by his Mother and Father, as well as his brother, Norman Turnquist.

He's survived by his loving wife of 49 years,  Priscilla V. Turnquist of Lexington,  MA and his only son,  David A. Turnquist Jr. (Nicole) of Ooltewah, TN. His 3 grandchildren,  James, Christina and Erica, who were the light of his life, as well as his Goddaughter, Kelly Maniaci. He's also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.

David retired from Aggregate Industries and was a member of the local 25 Teamsters. He enjoyed watching both drag car and stock car racing as well as attending local car shows with his classic truck, where he was the proud recipient of numerous awards.
