PENNEY, Dianne M. 69 of Newburyport, formerly of Lexington, October 8, 2014. Predeceased by her parents John E. Penney and Adelaide (Doherty) and her twin brother David J. Penney and brother John B. Penney. Beloved aunt of Matthew Penney of Somerville, Mark Penney and his wife Anne Marie of Wilmington, Luke Penney of Boxborough, Susan Penney of Dorchester, and Christina Penney and her husband Eoin Hayes of East Boston and her sister In law Kip Penney of Gloucester. Also she was great aunt to Brianna & Isabella Penney, Sydney Penney, Josephine & Matea Hayes. She will be remembered by family and friends as compassionate, warm hearted and outgoing. She Graduated from Beverly school of nursing and worked in many Boston hospitals, most recently At Lahey Burlington . She was also was volunteering at Mass General. A funeral service will be held Friday October 17 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
