PETTERSON, Edith P. (Tropeano) A life-long Lexington resident, October 13, 2015, age 99. Beloved wife of the late Carl R. Petterson. Loving mother of Cynthia A. Petterson and her husband Francis Cregg of Hingham, and Sandra M. Sullivan of Hanson. Sister of Philip Tropeano of Beverly, and the late Anthony Tropeano, Louis Tropeano, Alfred Tropeano, Ann Woodward, Joseph Tropeano, Eva Cavaretta, and Caroline Tropeano. Edith is also survived by her 3 cherished grandchildren, Emily Cregg, John Sullivan, and Jacqueline Sullivan, and by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. LEXINGTON Monday Oct. 19 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
