Radz, Edmund J. of Lexington passed away at home in October. Born in Chelsea, he was an 84 year old graduate of Northeastern University who worked as an electrical engineer and software engineer for 30 years. He was a resident of Lexington for 46 years, and he enjoyed sports, movies, and seafood. Edmund was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 43 years, Mary. He is survived by his children Michael J and his wife Sarah Chapin of Providence R.I. and Julie R. Radz, her husband Michael MacKenzie, and their son Owen of Seattle WA; brother in law Michael Ryan and his wife Marianne of Munich Germany; brother in law Gerald Lordan of Oak Park, IL; and brother in law William Ryan and his wife Leonie of Melbourne, Australia. Also survived by 5 nieces and nephews. A service will be celebrated at the Douglass Funeral Home in Lexington on Monday November 9 at 10AM. Visitation immediately prior to the service from 9am to 10am.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Trustees of Reservations (trustees.org); they manage conservation lands in Massachusetts, including Crane Beach, which he loved. Interment Westview Cemetery Lexington.
