TKACHUK, Edward S. Of Lexington, April 16, 2013. Husband of Jean Tkachuk. Brother of Lillian Grady, Riah LaRosa, George Tkachuk, Phillip Tkachuk, Walter Tkachuk, Judith Gianetto, the late Leo Tkachuk, the late Paul Tkachuk. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 20 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation prior to service from 10am to 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's memory may be made to The American Heart Association , 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701; or to the American Cancer Society , 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.Interment private.
