OTTING, Sister Eileen, SGM In Lawrence, formerly of Lexington, Dec. 3, 2015. Daughter of the late William Otting and Gertrude B. (Welfle) Otting. She is survived by many relatives and friends. Born March 20, 1925 in Toledo, OH, she made her vows in Religion on Feb. 15, 1946 in Cambridge, MA. Sister Eileen's main ministries included: Serving as a nursing instructor and later Director of Schools of Nursing of Grey Nuns hospitals in NH and NJ for 5 years; serving as Assistant/Secretary on the Provincial Council of the Grey Nuns in Lexington, MA for a total of 12 years; Was Project Director Title VII - Elderly Nutrition Program in Nashua, NH for 3 years; Was director of Mission at St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, OH for 15 years. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Dec. 9 at Youville Place Chapel, 10 Pelham Rd., Lexington at 12:15pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation prior to Mass from 9:30am to 11am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
