Eleanor Burke's Obituary
Burke, Eleanor M. (Campbell) of Lexington, November 4, 2017. Wife of the late Earle Burke Jr. Mother of Thomas M. Burke and his wife Pearl of Chelmsford, Linda A. Burke of Lexington, and Sandra E. Gallinaro and her husband David of North Billerica. Sister of Joan Maveety of Livingston, NJ, and the late Thomas, Russell, Harry, and Robert Campbell. Eleanor is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, and Diane, and by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday November 8 at Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 4pm to 7pm, and a graveside service on Thursday November 9 at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge at 11am (procession from the funeral home at 10am). Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society at
