Williams, Elizabeth M. (Mairs) of Waltham, died March 25, 2010, after a lengthy illness. Wife of Richard J. Williams. Daughter of Frances Mairs of Waltham and the late G. Donald Mairs. Sister of H. Donald Mairs of Portland, ME, David Mairs of Denton, TX, and Patte DiRe of Westford. Sister in law of Robert F. Williams of Dennis. Betsy is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Graduate of Boston College, B.A. 1983. Worked for 30 years for Polaroid as a manager of human resources. A funeral service will be held Wednesday March 31 at Grace Chapel, 59 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Tuesday 4-8 PM.
