JACOBS, Emilie K. (Kallman) Of Lexington, formerly of Belmont and Eastern Point, Gloucester, passed away on June 4, 2015, at the age of 97. She was born in Brookline, MA and spent her early years there before moving to New York City where she attended The Dalton School and Barnard College. She lived in Belmont for 50 years before moving to Brookhaven at Lexington several years ago. She was predeceased by her husband Paul M. Jacobs and her eldest daughter Susan J. Kotz. She is survived by her daughters Eleanor J. Garrett and her husband H.J. "Gus" of St. Louis, MO, Katherine J. Eyre and her husband Robert of Wayland, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her special and devoted friends John and Ruth Parker. She was involved in several volunteer organizations during her lifetime, including the United Way and Perkins School for the Blind. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed skiing, sailing, and fishing. Services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Perkins School for the Blind, 175 North Beacon St. Watertown, MA 02472.
