Cormier, Ernest J. "Ernie", a life-long Lexington resident, Feb. 23, 2015. Husband of Linda P. (Kirk) Cormier. Father of Carole E. Mahoney and her husband Paul of Brentwood, NH, and Sandra L. Marshall and her husband Philip of Townsend. Ernie is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Brendan, Caitlin, Connor, Allison, and Matthew. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Monday March 2 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday from 3pm to 7pm. To honor Ernie's love of the Boston sports teams guests are encouraged to wear their favorite jerseys, hats or jackets. Formal wear is not required.
