Starble, Evelyn L. (Cram) of Woburn, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, September 27th, 2022, at the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington. She was 81 years old. Evelyn was the daughter of the late Harry W. Cram and Gwendolyn M. (Murray) Cram. Beloved wife of the late Francis "Marty" C. Starble. Loving mother of Eric C. Starble of Woburn and Scott A. Starble of Woburn. Devoted sister of the late Wayne Cram of Billerica and the late Robert Cram of Billerica. Sister-in-law of Carol Cram of Billerica, Denise Cram of Waltham, Edith "Sis" Starble of Woburn, the late Dorothy "Dot" Mahoney and her late husband Dan, the late Evelyn Aimo and her late husband Carl. Beloved aunt of Doug, Wayne, Kevin, Patricia, Paula, Amy, the late Dana and Shawn.

Evelyn grew up in Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School in 1959. She went on to graduate from Shepard-Gill School of Nursing of Massachusetts General Hospital and worked as a Nurse at the Tuberculosis clinics and later at Winchester Hospital for 40 years. Evelyn was known as an avid baker which always kept her family and friends close by whether it was here, Bellows Falls Vermont or at the family's vacation home in Smithfield Maine.

Visiting hours at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Monday October 3 ^rd from 4pm to 7pm. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday October 4 ^th at the United Methodist Church, 523 Main St. Woburn at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
