Cherished mother of Joseph Short and his wife Katya of Denver, CO, and Andrew Short of Boston. Sister of Patricia Carbone of Londonderry, NH, and Dorothy Broussard of Lithuania. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Tatumn, Scarlett, and Maksim, and by many nieces and nephews. Francie worked for the U.S. Post Office for 37 years. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Francie's life on Saturday Feb. 20 at Waxy O'Connor's, 94 Hartwell Ave. in Lexington from 12pm to 4pm.
