Lyons, Francis J. of Lexington, died peacefully on November 17, 2023, age 95. Beloved husband of the late Joyce C. Lyons (Stanton). Loving father of James F. Lyons and his wife Deborah of Franklin, and Mary T. Lyons of Arlington. Devoted brother of Marilyn Connors of Lynnfield, and the late Walter Lyons and Barbara Lee. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, John, Eamon, and Adele, and by many nieces and nephews.

Francis was a World War II U.S. Navy Veteran and worked at Boston Edison for 35 years.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday November 21 at St. Camillus Church, 1185 Concord Turnpike in Arlington at 10am. Visitation immediately prior to the Mass at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 8:30am to 9:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
