Vargo, Frank J. , a Lexington resident for 47 years, July 17, 2015. Husband of the late Harriet (Lewis) Vargo. Father of Joyce K. Dufault and her husband Norm of Lexington, and Joan Charlton and her husband Larry of Lexington. Brother of the late Joseph Vargo, John Vargo, William Varga, and Charles Vargo. Frank is also survived by 5 grandchildren, David, Emily, Amanda, Eric, and Adam. WWII U.S. Navy Veteran; Regional Display Manager at Sears for 37 years; Longtime member of the Church of Our Redeemer; After retirement Frank helped raise his 5 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Wednesday July 22 at the Church of Our Redeemer, 6 Meriam St. Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
