Chamberlain, Fred A. Jr. of Waltham, formerly of Lexington, Aug. 5, 2015. Son of the late Fred A. Chamberlain Sr. and Teresa Hayes. Brother of Neal Chamberlain and his wife Amy of Bedford, Christine Chamberlain and her husband Paul Vilcans of Carlisle, Scott Chamberlain and his wife Kristen of Warren, VT, Julie Caouette and her husband Barry of Lexington, George Chamberlain and his wife Suzanne of Waitsville, VT, Mike Chamberlain and his wife Bonnie of Waban, and the late J. Douglas Chamberlain. Fred is also survived by his beloved many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. U.S. Navy Veteran, serving aboard the carrier Forrestal, Vietnam War. Dock Master, U.S. Postal Service. A funeral service will be held Saturday Aug. 8 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
