Gloria Bacigalupo, age 84, died at Academy Manor in Andover Massachusetts on Thursday, April 29, 2010 after an extended illness.

Born January 29, 1926 in Burlington, Massachusetts, Gloria spent most of her adult life in Lexington, Massachusetts having moved there in 1947 after marrying George Bacigalupo and building a home there. After raising a family, Gloria went on to own and operate a market research firm called Viewpoint, doing field work for clients such as Channel 7 in Boston, as well as many others. Gloria was an artist, an avid gardener, a lover of music, and enjoyed antique hunting and visiting her summer cottage in Shapleigh, Maine.

Gloria is survived by her children Ann Yankauer of Amesbury, MA, Joan Hall of Hampstead, NH, Jack Bacigalupo of West Barnstable, MA and Jeana Clancy of Palm Harbor, FL. , five grandchildren Rachel Yankauer, Dan Clancy, Brian Clancy, Jack Bacigalupo, Taylor Bacigalupo and one great-grandchild, Shane Nihan.
