HORN, Hazel V. (Kendall) Of Lexington, October 9, 2012, age 90. Wife of the late Harvey H. Horn. Mother of Deborah Parente and James Parente of Billerica, Christopher Horn of Lyndeborough, NH, Sandra Smith and partner Doug Clements of Princetion, ME, and Leland Smith and Wilma Heus of Wayland. Hazel is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Friday at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON at 11am.
