Bateson, Helen A. of Hudson, NH-- former 59 year resident of Lexington, MA. Born and raised in Newton, MA Helen was the last surviving child of the late Leo & Margherita (Blotta) Brasco. Predeceased by her six brothers, Salvatore, Albert, Leo, George, James and Frederick Basco. Loving mother of Peggy Gambardella of Virginia Beach, VA, Carol Bateson of Acton, MA and Marguerite (Peggy) Bateson and Jacqueline Bateson of Hudson, NH. Predeceased by her son, Lee Bateson. Grandmother of Sheri Spuria Gustavsson and her husband Nick of Reisterstown, Maryland and great grandmother of Alexander and Jackson Gustavsson. Also survived by her sister-in-law, Carmela Brasco, of Weston, MA and her brother-in-law, Thomas Bateson, of Minneapolis, MN and by many nieces and nephews including Mareen (Brasco) Sacchetti of Londonderry, NH with whom she shared a special relationship. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd, Lexington on Tuesday April 3rd at 10AM followed by a mass of Christian burial at St Brigid Church, Lexington at 11AM.
