Carota, Helen F. (Siekman) of Lexington, January 18, 2016, age 99. Beloved wife of the late Louis G. Carota. Loving mother of Lois Maxner and her husband Steve of Milford, NH, Paul L. Carota and his wife Marylou of Lowell, Janet Bedard and her husband Jack of Methuen, Helen Decelle and her husband Ed of Meredith, NH, and the late Joanne Morneweck and her late husband Lee, and the late Lorraine Bowen and her late husband Reggie. Helen is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Lynne Nutton, Chris Morneweck, Richard Morneweck, Scott Caswell, Glen Caswell, Allison Wiggins, Jason Carota, Michelle Carter, David Patterson, Kim Grenier, and Greg Decelle, by 19 great grandchildren, 2 great- great grandchildren, and by many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday January 21 at St. Brigid Church, 2001 Mass Ave. Lexington at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation Thursday prior to Mass at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 9am to 10:45am.
