Levison, Helen (Hanessian), of Lexington, May 1, 2024.

Beloved wife of William H. Levison for 57 years; loving mother of Jeffrey Levison of Pasadena, California and Carl Levison of Lenexa, Kansas. Daughter of the late Artine and Shakeh Hanessian. Also survived by her sisters Nancy Hanessian of Watertown, Susan Cheek of St. Augustine, Florida, and Madeleine Pease of Syracuse, New York, and sister-in-law Louise Levison of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Also survived by nephews Brian and David Cheek and niece Heidi Hysell.

After graduating from Lynn Hospital School of Nursing Helen worked at Mass General Hospital and Mount Auburn Hospital. She was active in the school PTA and was active in her church for many years. She loved gardening and world travel, visiting six continents over the years with her beloved husband Bill. Helen believed that love was the greatest attribute and she practiced it daily.

Private interment at Westview Cemetery, Lexington. A Memorial Service will be held at the Hancock Church, 1912 Mass. Ave. Lexington on Monday May 6 at 2:00 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
