Hsi-ching "Oscar" Liu, 88, died peacefully at home in Lexington, Massachusetts on Thursday, May 26, 2016. Born in Fujian Province, China, he graduated from Taiwan University, received a doctorate in Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati and worked his entire career at Honeywell as a systems analyst. A gentle, kind and simple man, he is fondly remembered by friends and family who love him deeply. He is survived by his wife Shang-chao "Stella" and his son George, daughter-in-law Susan and grandchildren Joshua, Catherine and Christopher; his daughter Sandra, son-in-law Richard and grandchildren Zoe and Lucas; and his son Henry, daughter-in-law Linda and grandchild Justin.
