Mulligan and her husband Richard of Nashua, NH. Brother of David Medlin and Opal Griffin, both of Toccoa, GA. Joe is also survived by 8 grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews. Retired Manager of Operations for the DPW in Lexington. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Friday May 29 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
