Brother of Judith Summersby and her husband Edmund of Cambridge. Grandfather of Matthew Allen of Newport News, VA. John is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Graduate of Cornell University and of Harvard Business School. Worked as an Engineer and in his retirement for H & R Block. Calling Hours will be held Friday February 12 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 4-7 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
