Brother of Richard Hoffmann and the late Christine and Karen. Brother-in-law of Erica Tropeano and her husband Gino and Heidi Jette and her husband Roger. Step-brother of Alex Denton. He is also the devoted uncle of Greg Feeley, Sean Feeley, Haley Perry, Oliver Perry, Julia Jette, Jordan Jette, Cole Jette, Jennifer Hale, Linda Valderi, Jonathan Hoffmann, and Kaitlyn Hoffmann

Jack was a CPA, he loved building stone walls and above all spending time with his family.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Monday September 5 at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Eulalia Church, 50 Ridge St. Winchester at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday from 3pm to 6pm. Donations in his memory may be made to Heaps of Hope, Inc. C/O Holly J.
