Shanahan and his wife Andrea of Medford, James P. Shanahan and his wife Staci of Miami, Laura D. Shanahan of Andover, Patrick D. Shanahan and his wife Darleen of Yarmouth, and Andrew J. Shanahan and his wife Alison of Plymouth. John is also survived by 16 grandchildren. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Thursday Feb. 26 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
