Brother of Carol Poole of NH, and the late Robert Steiner and Madeline Watkins. John is also survived by 5 grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews. U.S. Army Veteran; Biophysicist at Boston University School of Medicine. Visiting hours will be held Friday Aug. 18 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 4pm to 7pm, and a Funeral Service will be celebrated Saturday Aug. 19 at the Church of Our Redeemer, 6 Meriam St. Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
