DeCARLO, Joseph Jr. 1962-2017 Joe died suddenly on 05/02 while doing one of his favorite things, putting his boat in the water for the first time this season with his dear friend, Lee Brown. Joe was born in Lexington, MA, to Joseph John Decarlo and Rosemary Eagan Decarlo. Joe married his junior high school sweetheart, Suzanne Belcik, and they had 3 beautiful children together. Joe was a devoted family man and loved to have his family around him as much as possible. He ran a successful heating and air condition business with his brother, David. Everyone who knew Joe loved him and he knew a lot of people! His personality was larger than life. He had a huge heart filled with generosity and kindness. He called it like it was and helped so many people throughout his life. Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Suzanne DeCarlo, his cherished children: Ashley Hernandez, Joseph DeCarlo Jr, and Michelle DeCarlo, his beloved grandson, Daniel DeCarlo, his son in law, Jorge Hernandez, his brother, David DeCarlo and his sisters, Susan DeCarlo, Elaine Brady, June Decarlo, Donna Mazyck and Janice Flett. There will be a service held on Friday, June 9th, at 11am at St. Brigid Church, 1981 Mass. Ave., Lexington. A celebration of life will follow at the Knights of Columbus in Lexington.
