Son-in-law of Walter Perras and Dorothy Perras of Stoneham. Father of Lyndsey, Andrew, and Jennifer Kowalczyk, all of Winchester. Stepfather of Kara Pilotte of Winchester. Brother of Karen Wilson of Hilton Head, SC, Jeff Kowalczyk of Saint John, Indiana, and Ken Kowalczyk of Woodstock, Georgia. Joe is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Tuesday Nov. 10 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 11AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting Hours Monday 4-8 PM.
