Lynch-Lawhorn, Kathryn E. (Divins) of Maynard, formerly of Lexington, Sept. 7, 2014. Former wife of the late Lionel Lynch. Loving mother of Benjamin D. Lawhorn and his wife Elizabeth of Carlisle, W. Curtis Lawhorn and his wife Denise of Maynard, Robert D. Lynch, Burlington and Robert's companion Phyllis Ferlinz, Lexington. Sister of the late Gerald Divins and Ruth Divins. Kathryn was also survived by 5 grandchildren, Kristin and her husband Todd, Jennifer, Curtis, Benjamin & Matthew Lawhorn, and by many nieces and nephews. Kathy cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren. Kathy was passionate about the game of golf, she loved bowling, and was a voracious reader. Kathy had a keen sense of adventure and travel. Knitting was a favorite pastime, and she looked forward to weekly poker and bridge with her long time friends from Lexington and beyond. Kathy will be dearly missed by all. A funeral service will be held Friday Sept. 12 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
