Keith M.
O'Donnell
Nov 21, 1982 — Oct 6, 2026
Billerica
Keith O’Donnell, of Billerica, Massachusetts, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the age of 43. Born on November 21, 1982, Keith will be deeply missed by his loving family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
Keith was a devoted husband to his wife, Kate O’Donnell, and a loving father to his two sons, Lucas and James, who were the center of his world. He cherished his family above all else and found his greatest happiness in spending time with his boys, making memories together, and being part of their everyday lives.
A skilled carpenter, Keith took pride in his work and spent much of his career working in Lexington and the surrounding towns. He was dedicated to his craft, using his skills and hard work to build and create things that would last.
Outside of work, Keith loved spending time up at the lake, where he could relax and enjoy the moments that mattered most. Whether he was at the lake or simply doing something with his kids and wife, Keith treasured the time spent with the people he loved. His family was his greatest joy, and the memories they shared will be held close to their hearts forever.
Keith is survived by his beloved wife, Kate O’Donnell; his sons, Lucas and James; his mother, Carolyn “Penny” O’Donnell, and her partner, Mike Glennon; his mother-in-law, Barbara McNamara; and his siblings, Mike O’Donnell and his wife, Kristi; Matthew O’Donnell and his wife, Julie; and Meaghan O’Donnell and her wife, Laura.
He also leaves behind his brother-in-law, Paul McNamara; his cherished nieces and nephews, Laney O’Donnell, Emily O’Donnell, Shamus O’Donnell, Ava McNamara, and Ollie O’Donnell; along with extended family members and dear friends who will miss him greatly.
Keith was predeceased by his father, Joseph O’Donnell; Joseph’s partner, Gail Crenshaw; and his father-in-law, Paul McNamara.
Though Keith’s time with us was far too short, the love he gave his family, the memories he created with his children, and the mark he left through his life and work will never be forgotten. He will forever be loved and deeply missed by those who knew him.
His greatest legacy will always be the love he leaves behind in his family, especially in the hearts of Kate, Lucas, and James.
