Lewis, Kenneth R. of Lexington passed away peacefully on January 13, 2023 at the age of 94 years.  Loving and devoted husband of his predeceased wife Theresa M. Lewis (McDonald).  Devoted father of Kenneth Lewis and wife Debra of Pembroke, NH, Richard Lewis of Pepperell, and late infant son John J. Lewis.  Kenneth is also predeceased by his beloved sister Pauline M. Bennett of Arlington, and most recently his niece Carolyn J. Malone of Scituate.

He is also survived by five beloved grandchildren (Laureen Kiley, Jennifer Keary, Richard, Kenneth, and Ryan Lewis), five great grandchildren (Jackson, Abigail, Charlotte, Declan and Finn), and eight nieces and nephews.

Kenneth retired as Controller of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority in 1992, with prior executive positions at Avco-Textron, Itek Corporation, and Sylvania.

A private Christian service was celebrated at the Douglass Funeral Home followed by interment at Westview Cemetery in Lexington.  Donations in his memory may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
