Ryan, Lawrence D. of Norwood, formerly of Lexington, April 26, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Susan (Corbett) Ryan. Loving father of George Ryan and his wife Joanne of Millis, Katherine Watkins and her husband Nathan of Scituate, and Elizabeth Keefe and her husband Kevin of Westwood. Proud grandfather of Gabriela, Katherine, May, and Lila. He is also survived by his brother Dr. Edward Ryan of Florida, and by many nieces and nephews.

Larry was born in 1935 and grew up in Somerville, Ma. where he attended Somerville High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran and graduated Boston College in 1960. In 1964 he married the love of his life, Susan, and settled in Lexington Ma. Larry worked in sales at Honeywell for most of his career. He was an avid golfer and a long time member of Nabnasset Lake Country Club, where he maintained many meaningful and cherished friendships through the years. He was a devoted Boston sports fan, enjoyed bridge and other card games and loved reading.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Wednesday May 3 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am.
