Hartzell, Lillian H. (Chabot) of Lexington, August 8, 2024, age 92. Predeceased by her first beloved husband Major Seymour Bass (USAF) and by her second beloved husband Col. Richard Hartzell (USAF). Loving mother of The Rev. Carol Ann Bass of Leesburg, VA and the late Harvey Bass. Devoted sister of Bella Wolmer of New York City. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Seth Tanner, Scott Tanner, and Dr. Samuel Tanner, and by 2 great grandchildren, Noah and Andrew. A graveside service will be held Thursday August 15 at Westview Cemetery, 520 Bedford St. Lexington at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
